ALS is a novel teaching and learning technique which focuses on imparting informal elementary education to school going children as well as out of school dropouts. Under the initiative, DR has constituted free of cost 'Chajja Pathshalas' where post school academic assistance is given to the enrolled students. Along with cognitive development, our volunteer teachers (VTs) take efforts to impart value based learning which assists in the overall development of a child.
