Solution
German model of ‘dual system’ of Vocational Education and Training (VET). ‘Learning by doing’ is the cornerstone of our training system as it combines hands-on practical exposure with theoretical study. Special focus is given on awareness generation and retention by applying integrative and interactive trainee friendly pedagogy.
